About Tandem Training
We
have been working with ACT! since 1994 and
started certifying in ACT! in early 2000. We have worked with several
hundred small businesses and sales teams to implement an ACT! strategy
to assist sales people to become more productive,
to sell more, and to provide a management tool for
guiding an entire sales team.
We have multiple ACT! Certified Consultants on
staff and maintain ACT! Premier Trainer
status. We are also a Platinum level ACT!
reseller which allows us to provide the best
possible pricing on ACT! software.
We have
expertise in the technical aspects of ACT!,
Software Training, and Sales Training. We are

long. Short enough for you to see step by step
the necessary processes, long enough to be
thorough.
- Follow up - Each student in the class has 30
days of follow up support included to help you
remember the topics covered in the
class.
We offer training for sales people,
administrative support staff, and database
administrators. Many times, each group has
specific needs regarding the use of their ACT!
database.

ACT! or Crystal Reports to help you really see
what is going on in your ACT! database.

Add on software provides a powerful way to extend
the functionality of ACT. We can assist you in installing these optional
tools and help you be aware if one isn't quite ready for prime time!
