Smart Tasks also known as workflow is designed to help handle daily activities, through a series of scheduled common and connected steps. Like a personal assistant, smart tasks will send emails for you, add activities to your calendar and take care of other to-dos. To get started you can use the available sample templates or create your own from scratch.

Next Level in E-Marketing
Sage E-marketing for ACT!3 is fully integrated to Smart Tasks, allowing you to send customized messages to your customers. Track the customer’s interest in the email associated with the Smart Tasks, by viewing which customers are opening the sent email.

New Source for Leads
Find new leads and learn more about your current customers using the Sage Business Info Services for ACT!  provided by Hoovers. This service pulls highly targeted prospect lists and business information and puts that data directly into Sage ACT!. Get started with a free version for basic company, financial, and industry info, or sign up for a subscription to get more detailed information.

No More Double Entry
Integrate your Sage ACT! and Outlook contacts, plus keep your calendars in sync.  Your information will be kept current in both places. Select what information you would like to synchronize and set an automatic or manual sync. Eliminate double entry and duplicates.
